Soccer picks Tottenham returned the third place with success over Leicester

Tottenham quickly returned the third place in the Premier League after defeating Leicester with 2:0 in the 16th round. The Spurs were shuffled in just a few hours by Chelsea, the city`s first defeat to Manchester City`s first loss today (2:0). However, Mauricio Pochettino`s players did not mistaken the King Power Stadium and with Son Heung-min  in the 45th and Dele Alli in the 58th minute took the three points and beat the Blues again. Tottenham was the more active team in the first half, though without too many goals at the door of Kasper Schmeichel. In the 30th minute, Jan Vertonghen headed a dangerous shot with his head passing dangerously near the door. Then in the 40th minute Heung-Min Son kicked off a foul, but quite inaccurate. Still at the very end of the part, the Spurs hit their stroke. Son got ahead of the penalty box, freeing up his space and making a great shot that did not leave the 0:1 goalkeeper. At the beginning of the second half Leicester indicated that he would try to return to the match and in the 53rd minute, Demarai Gray shot a shot in the outline of the door but did not hinder Hugo Lloris. But in the 58th minute, Tottenham hit another goal. A soft centering sound found Dele Alli, who, with a head on his head, hit the fox door for the second time. In the 87th minute Leicester created his best position in the match. Rachid Ghezzal loosed in the pen and fired at the far corner, but Lloris was watching and caught the ball with good intervention. In the 90th, the Frenchman had another chance by shooting on land, but again in the keeper`s hands. So the match mentioned by <a href=\'\' style=\'text-decoration:none;\'>24soccertips</a> ended with success at Tottenham, which is again the third with 36 points in its assets. Leicester remains the 9th with 22 points.
