The right changes were made to the car, and Max again drove an amazing race. He kept Lando Norris at a distance the entire time so that he couldn`t activate DRS. Max was also very good on restarts.
At one of the restarts everything went a little wrong due to the tires being too cold. Max spun the tires too much, but immediately regained the distance.
The race was eventful. It was not easy to meet all the conditions for victory, and the safety car`s headlights did not always work. So things happened.
It is very important to win such a victory before the winter break. It motivates. We need to use this impulse. As I have said many times, next year the rules will remain the same, the teams will be even closer to each other. And in this case it is very important that we have a car with a stable pace and a wide working window. That`s our intention - we need to achieve this over the winter, " Marco said.
