The match between Montenegro and Russia was ended after excesses in Podgorica

The European qualification between Montenegro and Russia from Group "G" in Podgorica was suspended in the 67th minute. The reason for this became the unrests in the stands of "Podgorica City Stadium" in the Montenegrin capital.

At the beginning of the math the fens of the host crowd showed their bad temper and nailed with a torch the Russian goal keeper Igor Akinfeev, who had to be carried off on a stretcher and taken to hospital. Then the game was interrupted for a while, but then it was decided to be finished.

In the 66-th minute, however, the guests got a penalty in their favour, but Roman Shirokov missed from the white spot. Then a player of the guests went to make a touch and against him again flew objects from the stands. Then the players of the guests went to leave the pitch and those of the hosts tried to stop them and so became to clashes between the players on the both benches. Ultimately, the judge Deniz Aytekin from Germany decided completely to stop the match.

Most likely, to Russia will be awarded a walkover win and Montenegro will carry serious penalties from UEFA, which has yet to be announced.
