Qatar overcame Russia in a control match with four penalty shootouts

Qatar overcame Russia with 2:1 in Doha in a friendly football match between the hosts of the next two World Cups.
The Romanian chief arbitrator Christian Balaj ruled four penalties in total in the match. The guests found the result via soccer tips sheet still in the fifth minute.
