Liverpool, United and Atletico are the leaders for money spent for transfers

The English Liverpool and Manchester United are the leaders for money spent in Europe in the first half of this summer`s transfer window. The Reds have given 110 million so far, and the Red Devils - a million less than their eternal rival. The third place in the temporary ranking is for Atletico Madrid with 104 million euros given to transfers.
Liverpool put 46.5 million euros in transfer of Christian Benteke, 41 million for the Brazilian midfielder Roberto Firmino, 17 million from Southampton for Becca, Nathan Klein, and 4.9 million for the young British striker Joe Gomez.
United threw 35 million euros for Morgan Schneiderlin, 27.5 million for Memphis Depaj and two times 18 million for Bastian Schweinsteiger and Matteo Darmian, and another 5 million for the Argentine goalkeeper Sergio Romero.
The third in this arrangement - Atletico Madrid, gave 35 million for the Colombian striker Jackson Martinez, 20 million for Argentine Luciano and another 20 million for the Belgian Yannick Ferreira Carrasco.
