The Minister of sport in Russia candidated for a leader of the Football Federation

The Russian Minister of Sport, Vitaly Mutko will run for President of the Russian Football Federation. The news was reported by the media in the country. He will argue about the place with the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Igor Lebedev.
The elections will be held on September 2nd, as the future President of the Federation will have the task to find a coach of the national team after Fabio Capello resigned his post in mid-July.
Because of financial difficulties, the current President of the Football Federation of Russia Nikolai Tolstik, stepped down.
